When can I move in?
As long as the unit is available that meets your specific needs you can move in right away. Using our online reservation and rental option you will be given your unit number and gate code to allow you immediate access to your new unit.
Do I need a lock?
Yes. You may bring your own lock or you may purchase one of ours available on site during business hours.
When can I get to my stuff?
You may access your goods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with your own personal PIN accessed entry.
When should I let you know I’m moving out?
We just ask you give us 15 days notice prior to move out to avoid any additional charges. It’s that simple!
Is there anything I’m not allowed to store?
As long as it fits, you can store it. Aside, from a very few items as restricted by state law. See our Prohibited items.
How do I make payments?
You may make a payment via credit card online, mail in a payment, or stop by and drop your payment in the drop box. You can also opt to have payments automatically deducted from your account each month. Big Bee Storage accepts Cash, Checks, Money Orders, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
